9:15 – 10:30 Michele White – Ashtanga – This class will focus on realigning the spine and detoxification of the body.  It is designed to build physical strength and a solid core, foundation.  It will help strengthen the nervous system, stimulate circulation, and purify the nadir and chakras.  Deepen your practice by linking breath to movement.  Step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced. ——- Gabrielle – Vinyasa Wild & Free – Vinyasa Wild&Free : Get wild & free in a flow incorporating arm balances, inversions et backbends! Get upside down, fall, laugh, sweat, try again & make sure you don’t take yourself too seriously ——- Christine – SUP Yoga (limit 4) – Are you ready to step outside your comfort zone and look at Yoga in a new light?  Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga (SUP Yoga) is a unique yoga practice that is a total body workout.  The instability of the board will challenge your balance, develop incredible core strength, increase your flexibility, and strengthen and tone all your muscles.  At the same time you will enjoy the beautiful, natural surrounds of the mangrove inlet at Upachaya and the sounds of the water lapping against your board will leave you feeling relaxed, revitalized, completely refreshed, and full of life!
10:45 -12:00 Jill Wittry – PiYo – Combining Muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements.  You will use your body weight to perform a series of continuous targeted moves to define every single muscle-big and small. Elly Smith – Aqua Fit (limit 8) – A fabulous way to improve fitness and tone up in the water. This class provides a balance of aerobic, muscular strength and endurance components – giving you a total workout with little impact on joint stress. Workout intensity is appropriate for all levels. Marilou Lavalee –  Hatha Simplicity – Following traditional Pranayama and Asanas this practice aims to bring us back to our mat. Back to who we are. We are often challenged in our day to day life by discomfort, expectations or desire for “more’. Find how to use Yoga to help you simply “be” in those moments. You may find this practice physical even though the pace is relatively slow and we do not stand up much. Various options are encouraged in order to respect each and everyone’s own rhythm  and level. ——- ——
12:00 – 1:30 ——- Lunch Poolside ——- ——- ——-
1:30 – 2:45 Moony Koch – Yin/Yang – Yin – Yang is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga. The class will  begin with a warming, energy boosting yang practice that allows pranayama and energy to flow through your body with fluid movement and breath connection. The second part of the class will focus on yin yoga poses; poses that are held longer in order to stretch the connective tissues allowing us to further relax into the deepest layers of our bodies. The perfect combination of the two leaves you feeling balanced and healed.  ——- Barb Wastart – Mantras, Mudras, Experiential Lecture Series – Did you know your voice and hands may hold the key to healing and mind expansion.  Mantras and Mudras are ancient methods utilizing energy.  Mantras are sacred syllables, words, or verses believed to possess mystical or spiritual powers used to expand our spiritual lives. Mudras help us to control the 5 elements (fire, air, space, earth & water). These Mudras can create energy waves in our body which help to bring the 5 elements into a proper balance. These then cure many diseases, be they physical, mental and/or spiritual. Ali Calvaruso – Wall Vinyasa – We often see props as a way to make yoga postures easier, this class will use the wall to challenge your Vinyasa practice and take it to another level. The wall can assist you in moving deeper into postures, finding correct alignment & strengthen and stretch the body. In this class we will move through a practice using the wall to advance in standing postures, inversions, arm balances and more. Note: This is not a restorative practice, expect a challenging & fluid moving class. ——-

It works on establishing simple principles (healthy communication, supporting each other, choosing Trust over Fear, practicing Truth&Compassion (Ahimsa+Satya), finding balance between Giving&Receiving…) to build a strong, happy, honest, supportive community on a small scale & eventually on a global scale. Let’s be honest, we better learn how to work together if we wanna keep thriving! Everyone is welcome, no experience needed.

——- ——- Elly Smith – Kundalini/Hatha Flow – Our yoga class will consist of a blend of Kundalini to open and release the energy stored at the base of the spine, and Hatha flow to link movement and breath and build heat within to stretch and strengthen the muscles. Megan Leffler – Chakra Wisdom – In this Classical Hatha yoga class Megan will guide you through a series of asanas awakening the chakras, offering insights into each energy center’s significance and the potential for greater health and spiritual evolution. Take home a handout and tips for different ways of working with the chakras! Kid Around  Yoga (KAY)- Moony Koch – Kidding Around Yoga utilizes fun activities, crafts and play to make yoga philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation and mindfulness fun for kids of all ages.
