There will be 9 classes to choose from, with three classes going on simultaneously.  Instructors: Christine Etches, Michele Rauter, Michele White, Jill Wittry (PiYo), and Barbara Wastart

We will be offering a Stand Up Paddle Board class.  If you want to participate you must sign up early and pay your fee to reserve your space as this class is limited to 8.

Jill Wittry Owner of Core Pilates will be joining us and leading a session in PiYo.  PiYo is a combination of Pilates and Yoga.

$65.00 per person (1495 Lps) with $25 deposit (575 Lps) required to reserve your spot with balance due day of the event.

Deposits are payable to any of the instructors.  Fee includes buffet lunch with tea, lemonade, and light snacks throughout the day.  Other beverages and food items will be available for an additional fee.

Start the morning off with a joyous and playful flow of movements, sway away your aches and your stresses.  Awakening your joints, your spirit and your self expression with a fun and funky playlist guaranteed to get you in the groove.  Laugh, play and smile we shall, in abundance, to find our inner child.  This session is appropriate for ALL makes and models, with no place for judgements or restraints.  Set your body free and just BE! This session will introduce you to your 10 bodies (Soul body, Negative Mind, Positive Mind, Neutral Mind, Physical Body, Arc Line, Auric Body, Pranic Body, Subtle Body, and Radiant Body) and work through awakening them.  We will learn the characteristics of each of them, and uncover any blockages which may be causing stagnation.  ”If you understand that you are  Ten Bodies, and you are aware of those Ten Bodies, and you keep them in balance, the whole Universe will be in balance with you.” ~ Yogi Bhajan  This class is appropriate for all levels. Are you ready to try something new, inspiring, exciting and fun?  Are you ready to step outside of your comfort zone and look at Yoga in a new light?  Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga (SUP Yoga) is a unique yoga practice that is a total body workout.  The instability of the board will challenge your balance, develop incredible core strength, increase your flexibility, and strengthen and tone all your muscles. At the same time you will enjoy the beautiful, natural surrounds of the mangrove inlet at Upachaya and the sounds of the water lapping against your board will leave you feeling relaxed, revitalized, completely refreshed and full of life!  Plus you will smile and laugh as you wobble on your board and maybe make a few big splashes.  You will learn to let go.  It is not about perfection, it is about enjoying yourself and discovering a whole new style of Yoga!

Aqua Yoga – Michele Rauter

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements.  You will use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle-big and small.  This class will focus on realigning the spine and detoxification of the body. It is designed to build physical strength and a solid core foundation. It will help strengthen the nervous system, stimulate circulation,  and purify the nadis and chakras. Deepen your practice by linking breath to movement.   Step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced. This class will be an exploration of the body through movement and breath.  Allowing you to truly feel your body and joints at a deeper level, removing the challenge of weight bearing and balance on land.  A playful practice to ignite joy and self awareness, while soaking in some Vitamin D.

In Pelvic stability and mobility will focus on strengthening and stretching the low back and pelvic region. By activating our deep pelvic floor muscles, we will gain an awareness of our stabilizers throughout our lower core and activate these muscles to increase support on our spine and hips. This class is ideal for anyone who suffers from low back pain and tightness along with individuals who have joint pain in their hips and pelvic region. There are 5 principal Vayus: Prana, which moves in the heart area, Udaana in the throat; Smaana in the navel region; Apaana in the pelvic floor area; and Vyaana which circulates throughout the whole body.  These five Vayus have to have a combination and a balance.  This set moves all the Vayus of the body and brings an equilibrium to the entire glandular system. This class is beneficial for all levels. Reconnecting with Spirit Guides – Barb

This meditation will reintroduce you to your spirit guides and specifically focus on the sacred consciousness of the planet, Gaia.  We will call on our spirit guides for assistance as we connect with Gaiai and work with her to increase our vibration as we continue to evolve collectively as humanity living this earthly experience.
