Reservation Policies: A $150/room refundable security deposit will be collected at check in. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your stay with the balance of your reservation due 45 days prior to checkin. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. We also offer an additional 10% discount off the nightly rate when selecting our non-refundable option when paying in full at the time of booking your reservation.
